Seattle, WA – November 4, 2020 – Kin On Board of Directors has appointed Min Chang as chief executive officer designate.

“After a rigorous, nationwide search, we are so fortunate to have found such an accomplished and talented leader for Kin On,” said Dennis Lam, Kin On Board President and Search Committee member. “We were immediately impressed by Min’s background and considerable leadership experience, and were further inspired by her vision and insights for Kin On’s future.”

Chang has 30 years of management and business leadership experience. Most recently, she spent 13 years with Omnicom Group, where she was president of Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Diversified Agency Services, the largest division of Omnicom Group from 2013-2020.

“Min brings a wealth of experience along with an exceptional combination of innovative thinking, proven leadership, and strategic vision to our organization,” said Hannah Wong, Kin On Board First Vice President. “This will be critical to building on Kin On’s proud 35-year legacy of serving our community.”

As a seasoned executive of a leading global marketing and corporate communications company, Chang was responsible for leveraging innovation and collaboration across its marketing agencies to provide fully integrated solutions to clients in the region, managing over $300 million in annual revenue. During her tenure at Omnicom Group, she led operational effectiveness and efficiency initiatives across its 170 agencies globally and developed strategies and business plans around client relationships.

“I’m extremely excited and grateful to be leading Kin On and look forward to collaborating with the Board, the leadership team, the organization, and the broader community,” said Chang. “Kin On has accomplished so much in the past 35 years and with the help of the community and our partners, we intend to broaden our services, footprint, and value to the Asian community.”

Chang will work alongside the current chief executive officer, Nigel Lo, for a transition period and assume the chief executive officer’s role on January 1, 2021.

“Min’s demonstrated leadership abilities and accomplishments make her the best-qualified candidate to lead and take Kin On to the next level,” said Lo, retiring CEO of Kin On. “She has chosen us as much as we have chosen her and I am confident that she will help the organization move forward with its mission.”

Equally, I am excited for what the future holds under Min’s leadership.” Lam said.

Chang has worked in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Omnicom Group, she led the procurement organization at Honeywell International and served as vice president of purchasing at AstraZeneca. She held various global leadership roles with three of the largest Fortune 500 companies: Procter & Gamble, American Express, and United Technologies. In addition, she has had more than a decade of management consulting expertise as a partner with Accenture and associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton and Ernst & Young. She holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of International Public Policy degree, and is a doctoral candidate at Johns Hopkins University.

健安委任張珉為新任行政總裁

健安董事會任命張珉(Min Chang)為候任行政總裁。

張珉擁有三十年的管理和業務領導經驗。於2007年加入宏盟集團(Omnicom Group),並於 2013年至2020年擔任該集團最大的部門百益通市場顧問有限公司(Diversified Agency Services)亞太、中東和非洲地區總裁一職。

張珉先後在美國、歐洲和亞洲工作。加入宏盟集團之前,她曾擔任霍尼韋爾國際的採購部主管和阿斯利康製藥的採購副總裁。她還曾在三家《財富》500強企業,包括寶潔、美國運通和聯合技術擔任全球領導職務。此外,她曾是埃森哲的合夥人,並在博思艾倫和安永會計師事務所擔任咨詢師,擁有十多年的管理諮詢領專業經驗。她擁有賓夕法尼亞大學的兩個本科學位,麻省理工學院斯隆管理學院的管理碩士學位,以及約翰·霍普金斯大學國際公共政策碩士學位並為博士候選人。
