SEATTLE, WA — March 17, 2026 — Kin On Health Care Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a continuum of culturally sensitive healthcare services to Asian seniors in the greater Seattle metropolitan area, today announced the retirement of its Chief Executive Officer, Ketty Hsieh, this summer. Ms. Hsieh has led the organization with distinction, and her departure marks the close of a significant chapter in Kin On history.

Under Ms. Hsieh’s leadership, Kin On has strengthened its mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate elder care that honors the cultural traditions, languages, and values of the diverse Asian communities it serves. Her tenure has been defined by a deep commitment to residents, clients, families, community members, and the dedicated staff who make the organization’s work possible. Ms. Hsieh will stay on as the CEO over the next few months to ensure a smooth transition.

The Kin On Board of Directors has assembled a Search Committee to begin the process in identifying a successor to lead and further the mission of the organization. The organization is seeking a mission-driven leader with experience in nonprofit management, elder care or healthcare, and a strong commitment to serving Asian and culturally diverse communities. 健安宣布行政總裁謝則靜退休

西雅圖訊 — 致力為大西雅圖地區亞裔長者提供一系列具文化敏感度護理服務的非牟利機構健安今日宣布,行政總裁謝則靜(Ketty Hsieh)將於今年夏季退休。謝則靜女士多年來帶領機構穩健發展,她的退休亦標誌著健安歷史上一個重要篇章的圓滿落幕。

在謝則靜女士的領導下,健安持續推動其使命,致力提供高品質、富有愛心關懷的長者護理服務,同時尊重並體現所服務亞裔社群的文化傳統、語言與價值觀。在任期間,她始終關注居民、客戶、家屬、社區成員,以及所有致力推動健安使命的員工。為確保順利交接,謝則靜女士未來數月仍將繼續擔任行政總裁,協助機構完成過渡工作。
