SEATTLE, WA — The Board of Directors has appointed Lemapu (Mapu) Lemanua as Acting CEO to support Kin On through this leadership transition.
This appointment reflects the Board’s commitment to ensuring strong, stable leadership as Kin On moves through its previously announced CEO transition. Lemanua, who has been serving as Kin On’s Rehab & Care Center Administrator, is well positioned to guide Kin On during this period. Her strong background with the organization, deep familiarity with Kin On’s staff and operations, and understanding of its culture make her an ideal leader to support the organization’s continued momentum.
“We are grateful to have Mapu stepping into this important role,” said Wendy Zheng, President of the Kin On Board of Directors. “Her experience, dedication, and close connection to Kin On will help provide steady leadership.”
The Board also extends its sincere appreciation to Ketty Hsieh for her distinguished leadership and significant contributions to Kin On. Hsieh will work closely with Lemanua to help ensure a thoughtful and seamless transition through June.
The Board has engaged a professional search firm to lead a thorough and inclusive search for Kin On’s next CEO as the organization looks to its future.

西雅圖訊 — 健安董事會已委任 Lemapu（Mapu）Lemanua 為署理行政總裁，以支援健安順利過渡至新的領導階段。
董事會透過此次委任，致力確保健安在現任行政總裁謝則靜（Ketty Hsieh）退休交接期間，領導層仍能維持穩定運作。Lemanua 此前擔任健安康復及護理中心的院長，具備帶領機構度過此過渡階段的理想條件。她對機構具備深厚了解，並對健安的員工、營運及文化有充分熟悉，這些經驗與背景使她成為帶領機構持續發展的理想人選。
健安董事會主席鄭文迪（Wendy Zheng）表示：「我們非常感謝由 Mapu 出任此重要職務。她的經驗、盡心及與健安的緊密連繫，將有助我們提供穩定的領導。」

董事會亦已聘請專業招聘公司，為健安物色下任行政總裁，繼續帶領健安穩步發展。
