Seattle, WA – August 25, 2021 – Kin On is proud to announce Terry Myers as the new administrator for Kin On Rehab & Center and Kin On Supportive Housing. Myers brings over 18 years of administrator experience and deep expertise in long-term care.

“We are fortunate to have Terry join us during this critical time for Kin On,” said Min Chang, Kin On CEO. “I am confident that she will help us both optimize and grow our two core offerings.”

Bringing two decades of leadership experience in the skilled nursing facility setting, Myers is responsible for overseeing all facility operations and developing quality improvement strategies to ensure that residents receive high-quality, compassionate care.

“I am honored to be a part of Kin On,” said Myers. “I believe the work we do is essential, and this organization has a very strong reputation for providing much-needed services to this community.”

Prior to joining Kin On, Myers was the administrator at Arlington Health and Rehabilitation in Snohomish County since 2017. She also knows the business from the ground up as she was a social service director and an admission coordinator.

“We look forward to having Terry’s leadership and experience guide us through the challenging dynamics of the long-term care industry. Also, we want to thank our former administrator Boliver Choi for his many years of service at Kin On and wish him much success in his future endeavors,” Chang said.

Myers is a graduate of Washington State University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. She also served in the US Air Force, the California National Guard, and on the Washington Health Care Association Board of Governors.

西雅圖市──2021年8月25日── 健安宣布Terry Myers 成為健安復康及護理中心與健安支援住屋的新任院長。Myers 在長期護理方面擁有超過 18 年出任院長的管理經驗和深厚的專業知識。

健安行政總裁張珉說：「我們很幸運能在此關鍵的時刻讓Terry加入我們。我深信她能幫助優化和發展這兩項核心服務。」

Myers在專業護理機構環境中擁有二十年的領導經驗，負責監督所有機構運營並製定質量改進策略，以確保居民獲得高質量、富有同情心的護理。

Myers說：「我很榮幸成為健安的一員。健安這個組織為社區提供的服務享有很高的聲譽，我相信我們所做的工作是必不可少的。」

在加入健安之前，Myers自2017年起擔任Arlington Health and Rehabilitation的院長。她亦曾經出任社會服務主管，還負責入住及轉介服務，所以非常熟識和了解整個行業的運作。

Myers畢業於華盛頓州立大學，獲得社會科學學士學位。她還曾在美國空軍、加州國民警衛隊和華盛頓醫療保健協會理事會任職。
