Home Safety 101: Fostering a Safe Environment for Your Loved One
Tuesday, May 15, 1:45 – 3:15pm
Kin On Health Care Center, 4416 S. Brandon St., Seattle, WA 98118

One of the most vulnerable group of people are the elderly. They’re likely to be targeted because they can’t defend themselves as well physically and often times, they can be too trusting. As more elderly choose to live at home, YOU as a caregiver can take preventative measures to protect your loved one. Join us as Seattle Police Department’s Crime Prevention Coordinator, Mark Solomon shares home and neighborhood safety tips to prevent your loved one from being an easy victim. Intervention Specialist, Jean Corr from King County Emergency Medical Services will also be here to talk with you about ways to keep the inside of your home safe and injury-free.

Reservations are required by Thursday, May 11. To RSVP, email Jessica Wong at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call 206.721.0964 x 158 by Friday, May 11. This workshop will be presented in English and Chinese-Cantonese.
