Beginner Line Dance


Put some fun into your exercise program by learning new moves to great music. This class is suitable for beginners.

Zumba


Zumba is an exercise in disguise and total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. This class is made possible through a partnership with Kaiser Permanente.

EnhanceFitness at Kin On Community Center


EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based group exercise program to help older adults at all levels of fitness to maintain balance, strength and independence. Requires medical clearance and fitness check prior to class participation. This program is funded by City of Seattle Aging & Disability Services. Samba


Samba, originated from Brazil, is a fat-burning dance with the joyful music. The instructor will teach you from the very basic moves to build a better shape of your body.

Waltz


Enjoy the most elegant ballroom dance in the world. This class will teach you the basic steps of Waltz, which incorporates rhythmic turns.

Walk & Talk


Whether you're just beginning to log steps on your pedometer, or are training to participate in your first walking event, Walk & Talk is an invigorating way to get health tips along with exercise, and enjoy the company and conversation of others in the Kaiser Permanente and Columbia City community. Course details: A walking path in a park at the corner of Rainier Ave. S., and S. Alaska St.

Drop In Table Tennis


Enjoy a friendly game of table tennis! Tournament grade tables will be available for your use. Paddle and balls available for sign out at front desk.

Fitness Corner


Improve your heart health and muscle strength by using our elliptical machine, dumbbells (up to 5 lbs.) and wrist/ankle weights (up to 10 lbs.). Equipment check out is available at front desk.
