Ballroom Dance

Hone your dancing skills or develop a new hobby by learning basic ballroom dance techniques from an amateur competitor & performing ballroom dancer.

ZUMBA GOLD®

Perfect for those who are looking for a modified ZUMBA® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Instructor: Victoria Lum
Date/Time: Tuesdays, 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm
February 21 - April 4 (7 classes)
Location: Community Room
Fee: Members: $21/series or $5/class
Non-members: $35/series or $7/class


EnhanceFitness at Kin On Community Center

EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based group exercise program to help older adults at all levels of fitness to maintain balance, strength and independence. This class is made possible through a partnership with ACRS. Requires medical clearance and fitness check prior to class participation. Contact 206.556.2237 for more information.

Put some fun into your exercise program by learning new moves to great music. This class is suitable for all skill levels.
